Cap. 514 Art. 12Requirement for a Retirement Scheme Administrator.

A retirement scheme shall have a Retirement Scheme Administrator, who shall carry out such duties, functions and responsibilities as may be specified and who shall be subject to any requirements, as may be stipulated by Pension Rules.
