Cap. 514 Art. 18Schedule of payments of occupational retirement schemes.

A Retirement Scheme Administrator of an occupational retirement scheme shall ensure the maintenance and, from time to time, the revision of a schedule (hereinafter and in article 19

referred to as a "schedule of payments"), showing -

(a) the rates of contributions payable towards the retirement scheme, as may be prescribed;

(b) the dates on or before which such contributions are to be paid; and

(c) such other matters as may be prescribed.
