Cap. 529 Art. 18Transitory provisions.

(1) Any person who, on the date of the coming into force of this Act, is carrying out the services of a company service provider within the meaning of this Act, shall, within three months from the date of coming into force of this Act, apply to the Authority for registration in terms of article 4.

(2) The Authority shall accept all the applications referred to in sub-article (1) and shall process the said applications within six months from the receipt of a complete application, including receipt of all supporting documentation and fees as may be required by the Authority in processing such application.
