Cap. 553 Art. 18Older Person Impact Statement.

(1) Whenever it appears necessary or expedient, the

Commissioner may carry out or cause to be carried out an Older Person Impact Statement relating to any decision or proposal on policy which affects older persons.

(2) Any Older Person Impact Statement shall set out the probable impact on older persons of the decision or proposal on policy.

(3) The Commissioner may publish the Older Person Impact Statement.
