Cap. 559 Art. 6Meetings of the Board.

(1) The Board shall meet at least once a month at the place that may be established for such meetings.

(2) The quorum at all meetings of the Board shall be five including the presiding officer.

(3) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may regulate its own procedure and may appoint ad hoc committees.

(4) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this article, an act or proceeding of the Board shall be valid notwithstanding any vacancy among its members.

(5) The decisions of the Board shall be taken by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting. In the case of equal votes the person presiding shall have a casting vote.

(6) There shall be kept the minutes and records of meetings and decisions.
