Cap. 56 Art. 20Correction may be made by transcription of entry.

(1) The correction of any entry may be made by transcribing the entry with the same number and date in another part of the register; in which case a reference to the second entry shall be made in the first entry, and in the second entry an annotation shall be made to the effect that such entry is merely a correction of the first entry.

(2) The annotation shall be dated and signed by the Director.
