Cap. 630 Art. 24Applications to the Court.

The Court shall be competent to hear and determine any applications made under this Act and made in terms of article 25. The Court shall have jurisdiction in relation to any breach of the provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder when such breach does not constitute a criminal offence.
