Cap. 630 Art. 27Penalties.

Where any person acts in breach of any of the provisions of this Act or any regulations or any guidelines made thereunder, and a specific penalty is not provided for the offence under this Act or any regulations or guidelines made thereunder, such person shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (multa) of not less than one hundred and twenty euro (€120) but not more than two thousand five hundred euro (€2,500).
