Cap. 630 Art. 31Abusive use of certificate of recognition and incorrect statements or information.

Any person who -

(a) makes abusive use of a certificate of recognition or of a social enterprise label;

(b) acts or purports to act in the name of a social enterprise organisation which does not exist; or

(c) without reasonable excuse prepares any incorrect statement or gives any incorrect information in relation to any matter falling under this Act, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
