Cap. 9 Art. 276APunishment when "violence" is directed against certain persons.

The punishment established in articles 273, 274, 275 and

276 shall be increased by one or two degrees when the "violence"

therein mentioned is directed against a person who is under the age of twelve years or over the age of sixty years or against a person who is suffering from a degree of physical or mental infirmity in consequence of which he is unable to offer adequate resistance.
