Cap. 9 Art. 55AIncitement to take away the life and liberty of the President of Malta or of any Minister

Whosoever by any means shall incite others to take away the life or liberty of the President of Malta or of any Minister shall, for the mere incitement, be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding nine years or to a fine (multa) not exceeding five thousand euro (€5,000) or to both such fine and imprisonment.
