Cap. 9 Art. 572Communication of appointment to advocate concerned.

Any appointment made in terms of article 570(4), shall be communicated to the advocate concerned by the registrar. The appointment must be accepted or declined in writing; in the latter case, the reasons for the refusal must be stated.
