Cap. 9 Art. 590Filing of indictment.

(1) The indictment shall be filed in the registry of the court, and the registrar shall note down at the foot thereof the day on which it is filed.

(2) With the indictment the Attorney General shall also file a list of the witnesses, documents and other exhibits which he intends to produce at the trial.
