In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"licensee" means, in relation to a theatre, the person who holds the Police licence;

"performance" includes a theatrical performance or a cinematographic exhibition; "price" means the total amount, including the duty payable under the Value Added Tax Act; "theatre" means a public theatre or a public cinematograph hall.
