S.L. 10.9 Art. 12Hotel premises.

(1) Save as provided in sub-regulation (2) of this regulation, the foregoing regulations shall not apply to such shops as, in the opinion of the Commissioner of Police, form part of premises used for the purposes of a hotel. bona fide

(2) Regulation 11 shall also apply to premises used bona fide for the purposes of a hotel.
