S.L. 117.8 Art. 4Exchange or transfer.

No person shall sell or give in exchange or otherwise transfer any of the documents referred to in regulation 3 issued in his name or to him or to a member of his family by the Director as aforesaid, and no person shall purchase or receive in exchange or otherwise acquire or have in his possession any such document which has not been issued in his name or to him or to a member of his family as aforesaid.
