S.L. 117.8 Art. 41Direction by the Director.

The Director may give such directions to any miller, distributor, burdnar, baker, bread seller, retailer, paste manufacturer or any other person making use of or having under his control any commodity and/or rationed commodities as he considers necessary for the maintenance and control of production, distribution, sale, use or consumption of rationed commodities. Failure to comply with any such direction shall constitute a breach of these Regulations.
