S.L. 128.1 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Police;

"licence" has the meaning assigned to it in the Police Licences Act;

"shop" means any shop, stall, kiosk, store, public house, inn, restaurant, eating house, tavern or other place where wares, merchandise, commodities and other goods are sold, whether by wholesale or retail, or where any art or trade is carried on.
