S.L. 199.1 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Act" means the Agricultural Leases (Reletting) Act; "Board" means the Rural Leases Board established under article 5 of the Act; "by electronic means" means online; "agricultural land" means the land in respect of which an application is made.
