S.L. 220.4 Art. 72Postponement of deliberation on sentence.

Where two or more accused are tried separately by the same court upon charges arising out of the same transaction, the court may, if they think that the interest of justice so require, postpone their deliberation upon the sentence to be awarded to any one or more of such accused until they have recorded and announced the findings in respect of all of such accused.
