S.L. 242.4 Art. 2Reciprocal enforcement of maintenance orders. Cap. 242.

(1) The whole of the territory of Manitoba (Canada) is to be considered a reciprocating country for the purposes of the

Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act.

(2) The provisions of subarticle (1) shall be subject to the condition that, in the event of the benefits conferred by the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act being applied to maintenance orders made by the courts of Manitoba (Canada), similar benefits will in that country be applied to maintenance orders made by the courts of Malta.
