S.L. 260.3 Art. 85Prohibition of inhuman punishments or treatment.

Collective punishments, corporal punishments, punishment by placing in a dark, darkened or unventilated cell or in a cell which is not within hearing range of human sound or in which the prisoner is exposed to unreasonable degrees of temperature, noise or light and all other forms of cruel, inhuman or degrading punishment or treatment shall be prohibited.
