S.L. 261.12 Art. 4

With effect from the 18th April, 1989:

(a) The following land forming part of the St. Catherine II Government Housing Estate, limits of Attard:

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 22 having an area of approximately 4,260 square metres, bounded on the North-East and West by public roads and on the South-East and South-West by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 23 to 44 having, an area of approximately 4,.224.6 square metres, bounded on the North-East and South-West by Government property and on the West by a public road;

(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 45 to 54 having an area of approximately 2,191 square metres, bounded on the North-West by a public road and on the South and North-East by Government property.

(b) House numbered Flat 3, Block III, Government Housing Estate, Luqa Road, Tarxien.
