S.L. 261.12 Art. 6

With effect from the 12th May, 1989:

(a) The following land forming part of the Tal-Fuklar Government Housing Estate, limits of Attard:

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 103 to 119 having an area of approximately 6,528 square metres, bounded on the North-West, South-West and North-East by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 145 to 153 having an area of approximately 1,872 square metres, bounded on the North-West, East and West by Government property;

(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 159 to 171 having an area of approximately 2,576 square metres, bounded on the North-West, South-West and South-East by Government property.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Kavallerizza Government Housing Estate, limits of Marsaxlokk, consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 92 to 98 having an area of approximately 1,506 square metres, bounded on the North, South, South-East and North-West by Government property.

(c) Flat numbered 1, Blokk D-1, Government Housing Estate, Our Lady of Sorrows Street, Gwardaman[a (Rural Tenement No. 5026).

(d) House numbered 48, Ta’ Mliet Government Housing Estate, Triq l-Istrin[ell, Mosta.
