S.L. 261.18 Art. 5

With effect from the 16th August, 1995:

(1) The following land forming part of the Bir\ebbu[a Government Housing Estate (Phase II), limits of Bir\ebbu[a, as hereunder indicated:

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 6,143 square metres bounded on the North by Triq il-Gawwi, on the East by Triq il-Qroll and partly by property of George Zammit, edged green and marked Plot A on L.D. 153/94/2;

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 4,886 square metres bounded on the North by Triq il-Borok, on the South by Triq il-Gawwi and on the West by Triq il-Qroll, edged green and marked Plot B on L.D. 153/94/2;

(c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,100 square metres bounded on the North by Triq il-Girg]ien, on the South by Triq il-Borok and on the West by Triq il-Qroll, edged green and marked Plot C on L.D. 153/94/2;

(d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2995 square metres bounded on the South by Triq l-Im]ar, on the East by Triq il-Qroll and on the West by Triq ir-Rizza, edged green and marked Plot D on L.D. 153/94/2;

(e) A plot of land having an area of approximately 4,810 square metres bounded on the North by Triq l-Im]ar, on the South by Triq il-Kan[u and on the West by Triq ir-Rizza, edged green and marked Plot E on L.D. 153/94/2;

(f) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2,017 square metres bounded on the North by Triq il-Kan[u, on the East by Triq il-Qroll and on the West by Triq ir-Rizza, edged green and marked Plot F on L.D. 153/94/2.

(2) The following land forming part of the Bir\ebbu[a Housing Estate (Phase III), limits of Bir\ebbu[a, as hereunder indicated:

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,872 square metres bounded on the North by Triq il-Girg]ien, on the South by Triq Robert Baden Powell and on the East by Triq ir-Rizza, edged green and marked Plot A on L.D. 153/94/ 3;

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 5,244 square metres bounded on the North by Triq il-Girg]ien, on the South by Triq Robert Baden Powell and on the East by Triq G. Garibaldi, edged green and marked Plot B on L.D. 153/94/3;

(c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 4,434 square metres bounded on the North by Triq it-Trun`ieri, on the East by a public road and on the West by Triq Tal-Papa, edged green and marked Plot C on L.D. 153/94/3;

(d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 5,452 square metres bounded on the South by Triq Wied il-Buni, on the West by Triq Tal-Papa and on the North with a public road, edged green and marked Plot D on L.D.153/94/3;

(e) A plot of land having an area of approximately 6,085 square metres bounded on the North by Triq Wied il-Buni, on the South by Triq il-Gandoffla and on the West by Triq Tal-Papa, edged green and marked Plot E on L.D. 153/94/ 3;

(f) A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,872 square metres bounded on the North by a public road, on the South by Triq il-Gandoffla and on the East by Triq G. Marconi, edged green and marked Plot F on L.D. 153/94/3;

(g) A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,872 square metres bounded on the South by Triq il-Gandoffla, on the East by Triq ir-Rizza and on the West by Triq G. Marconi, edged green and marked Plot G on L.D. 153/94/3.
