With effect from the 30th March, 1999:

(1) A plot of land having an area of approximately 833.63 square metres forming part of the Government Housing Estate at Ta’ Xlejli, limits of Gudja, and bounded on the North by Triq il-Barunissa, on the East by property of James Abela, and on the West by Vjal it-Torri. The plot is edged green and marked A on L.D. 23/86/4. (HAM 159/81).

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1211.7 square metres forming part of the Government Housing Estate at Ta’ Xlejli, limits of Gudja, and bounded on the North and East by Government property, and on the South by Triq l-G]elejjel. The plot is edged green and marked B on L.D. 23/86/4. (HAM 159/81).

(3) A plot of land having an area of approximately 964.5 square metres forming part of the Government Housing Estate known as Mqabba Phase III, Triq in-Nazzarenu corner with Triq Dun Mikiel Zammit, limits of Mqabba, and bounded on the North-East by Triq il-}ajt tal-Matla, on the South by Triq Dun Mikiel Zammit, and on the West by Triq in-Nazzarenu. (4) A plot of land having an area of approximately 475 square metres forming part of the Government Housing Estate known as Mqabba Phase I, Triq Tax-Xantin corner with Triq }al-Kirkop, limits of Mqabba, and bounded on the North by Government property, on the South by Triq }al Kirkop, and on the West by Triq Tax-Xantin. (5) A plot of land having an area of approximately 247.5 square metres forming part of the Government Housing Estate known as Mqabba Phase I, Triq Tax-Xantin corner with Triq }al Kirkop, limits of Mqabba, and bounded on the North by Government property, on the South by Triq }al Kirkop, and on the West by Triq Tax-Xantin. (7) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1309.2 square metres forming part of the Government Housing Estate known as Tas-Sg]ajtar Phase II, Triq i`-~ili corner with Triq il-Mit]na, limits of Naxxar, and bounded on the North by Triq i`-~ili, on the East by Triq il-Mit]na, and on the West by Triq it-Tuffie].
