S.L. 261.7 Art. 6

With effect from the 7th December, 1984:

(a) An area of land forming part of the Tal-Mit]na Government Housing Estate, limits of Gudja consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 66 to 73 having an area of approximately 1292 square metres bounded on the North-West, South-East and South-West by a public road.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Iklin Government Housing Estate, limits of Birkirkara consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Piot Nos. 39 and 40 having an area of approximately 368 square metres bounded on the North and East by Government property and on the South and West by property of the Housing Autnority.

(c) An area of land forming part of the Marsaxlokk Government Housing Estate consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 45 to 104 having an area of approximately 17234 square metres bounded on the South, South-East and SouthWest by Government property.

(d) An area of land forming part of the Mqabba Government Housing Estate consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 11 having an area of approximately 3043 square metres bounded on the North and East by Government property and on the West by a public road.

(e) An area of land forming part of the Tarxien Government Housing Estate consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 5 to 23 having an area of approximately 7059 square metres bounded on the North, South and West by Government property.

(f) An area of land forming part of the Nadur Government Housing Estate, Gozo consisting of the plot in the said Estate known as Plot No. 80 having an area of approximately 390 square metres bounded on the North-East by a public road, on the South by property of the Housing Authority and on the West partly by Government property and partly by property of the Housing Authority.
