S.L. 276.6 Art. 1Citation and commencement.

(1) The title of this Order is the Extradition (Republic of Tunisia) Order.

(2) This Order shall enter into force on such day as the Minister shall order in the Gazette after the Treaty enters into force in accordance with the terms of the said Treaty.
