S.L. 33.3 Art. 22Register.

(1) The licensee of a fireworks factory shall enter in a register the quantity of:

(a) potassium nitrate acquired and the amount of blackpowder produced on a yearly basis; and;

(b) potassium perchlorate acquired and the amount of flash produced on a yearly basis; and

(c) the amount of potassium chlorate acquired and the amount of star composition produced on a yearly basis..

(2) This register shall, at all times, be open to inspection by fireworks inspectors and the Police.
