S.L. 363.12 Art. 2Compliance with procedures.

In the exercise of their functions under the Local Government Act, Local Councils, their Secretaries and employees shall comply with the procedures set out in the publications listed in the First Schedule as may be amended in accordance with the provisions of any subsequent schedule.
