The land described in article 3 of this Order in terms of the

Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of Garden of Serenity at Santa Luċija by the Santa Luċija Local Council signed on the 10th March, 1999, is hereby being specified for the purposes of the delegation of functions mentioned in article 33(1)(m) of the Local Government Act, as from the date of the publication of this Order.
