S.L. 365.9 Art. 18of the States by the measures to requested State

The Meeting of the States Parties or the Special Meeting Parties shall consider all relevant information, including the report submitted fact-finding mission, and may request the requested State Party to take address the compliance issue within a specified period of time. The Party shall report on all measures taken in response to this request.
