S.L. 37.4 Art. 5Infringement of regulations.

Any shipping agent or other person mentioned in regulations 3 and 4 who does not comply therewith shall be liable to a fine, on conviction, of eleven euros and sixty-five cents (11.65)

for each act of non-compliance.
