Except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, no charge shall be made in connection with unshipment or shipment between 6.00a.m and 6.00p.m. from the 1st April to the 30th

September, or between 8.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. from the 1st October to the 31st March; nor shall any charge be made in connection with landing at the approved landing places, between 8.00a.m. and 5.00p.m.
