S.L. 37.5 Art. 40Examination on lighter.

If any such goods are brought to an approved landing place and can conveniently be examined on the lighter to the satisfaction of the officers, they may, on completion of the entry, be landed elsewhere without charge, provided that a written request to that effect has been made on the entry.
