S.L. 405.4 Art. 4Sumbission of information to Commissioner regarding background checks.

On receipt of an application for the issuing of a security pass, the Manager shall perform background checks and shall submit the relevant information to the Commissioner of Police so that a criminal record check is carried out with regard to the applicant.
