S.L. 409.5 Art. 4Due dates of licence fees. New licences issued after mid- year.

(1) The fee payable for a licence issued by the Authority under the Act shall be deemed to be due on the first day of January of each year.

(2) The provisions of subregulation (1) shall not apply in relation to a house on lease to tourists, in which case the duration of the licence shall be for a period of twelve months commencing on the date when the lease agreement is made.
