S.L. 411.4 Art. 3Grant of pension. Cap. 514.

Subject to the provisions of the Act and of these regulations, every officer of the Civil Protection who has been in the force for ten years or upwards may be granted a pension at the rate of one four-hundred and fiftieth of his pensionable emoluments for each complete month of pensionable service, subject to the limits provided for in the Retirement Pensions Act.
