The Director shall furnish to every fisherman and to every importer of fish a statement of all sales effected on his behalf by the pitkali. Such statement shall be based on the vouchers consigned to the Director in terms of regulation 16. The relative payment to the fisherman or importer and to the shall be pitkali made by the Director.
