S.L. 433.15 Art. 13Marketing of propagation material

(1) It shall be required that propagation material be marketed only in sufficiently homogeneous batches and in sealed packages or bundles bearing, as prescribed in regulation 12, a sealing device and markings. Packaging shall comply with the provisions of Schedule III.

(2) By derogation from subregulation (1) as regards packaging, sealing and marking, the National Certification Service may determine the provisions applicable to the sale of small quantities to final consumers and also to market vines in pots, crates or boxes.
