S.L. 433.3 Art. 25Issue of guidelines.

(1) The Director may, where he deems appropriate, issue guidelines, measures or operative procedures for the implementation of these regulations.

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-regulation (1), the Director of the Plant Health Department may by notice published in the Gazette lay down the minimum measures to be taken to control and prevent the spread of harmful organisms.
