S.L. 437.6 Art. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Acceptance of Pure-

Bred Breeding Pigs for Breeding Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the provisions found under European Union Council Directive 90/118/ EEC on the acceptance of pure-bred breeding pigs for breeding which in turn finds its legal basis under article 3 of the European Union Council Directive 88/661/EEC.
