S.L. 439.18 Art. 3Scope and applicability.

(1) The scope of these regulations is to regulate surgical operations that may be carried out on animals as part of veterinary surgery.

(2) These regulations shall apply to all surgical operations carried out as part of veterinary surgery in Malta.
