S.L. 449.31 Art. 2Scope and applicability.

These regulations have the scope of assuring food hygiene at, and are applicable to, all stages after primary production, during preparation, processing, manufacturing, packaging, storing, transportation, distribution, handling or offering for sale or supply to the consumer.
