S.L. 454.2 Art. 12Identification of economic operators.

(1) For instruments intended to be used for the applications listed in paragraphs (a) to (f) of regulation 2(2), economic operators shall, on request, identify the following to the market surveillance authorities:

(a) any economic operator who has supplied them with an instrument;

(b) any economic operator to whom they have supplied an instrument.

(2) Economic operators shall be able to present the information referred to in sub-regulation (1) for 10 years after they have been supplied with the instrument and for 10 years after they have supplied the instrument.
