S.L. 455.12 Art. 12Issuing of commentariesand guidelines .

(1) The Commission may, from time to time, issue commentaries implementing procedures and guidelines.

(2) Guidelines issued by the Commission shall be considered as an integral part of these regulations.

(3) Guidelines issued in accordance with sub-regulation (2) shall be published as a Schedule to these regulations and may be published in the English language only.

(regulation 4(2)(i)) This application is intended for any sports organisation which intends to carry out a commercial activity as defined in these regulations.
