S.L. 458.7 Art. 11Reading of charge.

The proceedings on the inquiry shall commence with the reading out by the secretary of the charge. Thereupon the Chairman shall put to the member of the kindred professions or the medical auxiliary the question whether he admits or refutes the charge.
