S.L. 463.14 Art. 3Assistance to support family businesses

Where the Corporation is satisfied that the business is classified as a Family Business, the Corporation may provide assistance in the form of a cash grant which shall not exceed the amount of fifteen thousand euro (€15,000) per family business in any rolling three (3) year period to access advisory services on succession planning and mediation services with the terms and conditions as set out in the Guidelines.
