S.L. 499.1 Art. 33Removal of ship having offensive matter on board.

The Authority may order the removal from a port of any ship which has on board cargo or other matter injurious to health or which is offensive or dangerous in any respect and the master of such ship shall forthwith comply with such order:

Provided that, in lieu of ordering such removal, the Authority may allow the master to dispose of such cargo or other matter in such manner as the Authority may direct at the risk and expense of the master.
