S.L. 499.1 Art. 89Delivery to Government warehouse.

The delivery by the Authority or its contractor of goods to a

Government warehouse appointed by the Comptroller of Customs, as defined in the Customs Ordinance, shall constitute delivery of such goods to the consignee, and the Authority or the contractor, as the case may be, shall not be liable for goods after they have been consignee, as the case may be, shall pay or secure to the satisfaction of the Authority all dues and rates payable by him in accordance with the provisions of the Act in respect of such goods; and

(b) pending payment, the Authority shall retain unprejudiced all its rights relating to the payment of such dues and rates.
